Are your nutrients organic or mineral based?

Are nutrients are both mineral and organic. All products have been developed and tested by chemists to ensure they are the best product possible. Our Medi One Base Nutrient is organic & is OMRI registered.

How do I use your nutrients?

  • Measure out and pour the concentrated nutrients into the water reservoir.
  • Do not mix concentrated nutrients together.
  • Add them to the water one at a time and rinse the reservoir between feeding.

Are your nutrients CFIA approved?

Products are CFIA approved to ensure you are getting the highest-quality registered products on the market.

Are your products designed for indoor or outdoor growing?

Both! All nutrient lines are interchangeable. However, some are more suited to outdoors like our Backcountry Blend line. Remember to refer to the icons to see which medium it suits best!

What grow medium should I use with your nutrients?

The majority of our nutrients will work in any grow medium. Refer to the handy icons on each of our bottles to see which mediums the nutrient is recommended for. Check out our Icon Video to learn more.

Are your nutrients beneficial to all vegetation?

Yes, our products are designed to be used for all kinds of growing operations. Soil gardens growing vegetables & fruits benefit greatly. Flowers, medicinal plants, and any other types of vegetation will love the nutrients provided. Our nutrients work well in all growing conditions – soil, soilless, hydroponics, greenhouses, indoor, or outdoor. “Medicinal cannabis” growing amazingly well and produce harvests like never experienced before.

When do I start to add your nutrients to my plants?

Start using our nutrients when the first set of true leaves emerge (the second set, post-germination). Refer to the feed charts for help with feeding schedules.

How often do I need to change the nutrient solution?

We recommend changing your nutrient solution every 1-2 weeks.

However, it will depend on the conditions of your reservoir and which nutrients you are using.

Do you have products to flush?

Using Rezin during flush ensures a clean, aromatic, and flavourful crop.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life will vary from product to product, however can have a shelf life of 2 – 3 years when stored in a cool, dark space.

What should the pH levels be?

For optimal nutrient uptake keep pH levels between 5.8-6.5

Do I need to use all of your products to get fantastic results?

No, we have a wide range of products for all of your particular growing needs.

What do your Icons & numbers mean?

The numbers on the products represent the values of the macronutrients in each product.

Can I get your products in large quantities?

Products are available in numerous sizes – from 60 grams to 1000 liters.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgment email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safe as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your inquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgment email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgment emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address, and delivery addresses. If you have not received a confirmation email & it is not in your junk folder, please email us with all details to info@hydrogrowcanadian.com.

The item/size I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. Our system does not record individual size quantities, if you order several items in the same size you may experience a slight delay. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar size or we will offer a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long will my order take to be processed?

We endeavor to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours during business hours. However please allow 24 – 72 working hours as a guide.
